We truly believe in quality Products, as all of our products are checked by expert quality control team. However, sometimes you buy something that doesn’t work out the way you had hoped and for that reason we made our Return & Exchange Policy more convenient for you. If you are not completely satisfied with our products, simply bring them back to our customer service center or ship it back to us and we will be more than happy to exchange or issue a credit against your purchase within 30 days (Shipping costs are not refundable).

  • Failed to deliver product within the delivery deadline.

Can I get refund against my return?
We will put the same amount of money on a credit against your returned item and that credit can be used for both online and in store purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

For how long the Credit will be valid?
The credit will be valid for one year from the issue date.

How can I return items bought online?
When you purchase an item online, you will get a PURCHASE RECEIPT and a RETURN FORM inside the package. You will need to fill up the return form with required information and attach with the product along with the Original Purchase Receipt then send it back to us. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
